Shopify In-Person order Extension

This project extends the functionality of the Shopify e-commerce platform according to our client needs. Additional fields and features, new workflow sub-processes, will be added to the Shopify.

Issues that were solved by the desired system

In the past, for each product, in person customers might ask the seller about the inventory availability status and its price. Nowadays, they access to scan product’s barcode and aware of price and availability of the products. Moreover, they can make a pre-order by their own mobile phone and print it.

Features and services to be provided by our software

  • Customer’s information include full name and phone number will be stored. It could be useful to identify potential customers and send them special offers.
  • Customer might be more satisfied whenever knows about all prices and availability of the products.
  • The history of sells saved to use for reports in the future.
  • The seller agent will be notified on the computer after the customer submit the pre-order list.
